Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

ESI ships through USPS Priority/First Class Mail or UPS Ground unless otherwise notified. Extra cost will incur at customer’s expense should they decide on alternative methods of shipping.  Processing time for each order will take an average of 1-2 days for online orders only. Items shipped outside of USA will not be replaced if shipping carrier classifies as "delivered". Items shipped that are lost or not received will be replaced after 15 days from ship date, buyer has to provide a different ship to address.

Paid shipping will not be refunded if product is returned as product was shipped as agreed and is paid to the shipping service used.
